We all know that sleeping is very important in our day to day life but here the sleeping will results in some health or we have some sleeping disorders, so many in this world will be some sleeping disorders some people will walk in sleep and some one will be grinding their teeth's and snoring ect,.


Why do weed need sleep
No one knows for sure , but our most of the scientists believe that during sleep the brain will do the processes and store the information and also produces memory means dreams . our body needs rest after working so much time so by sleeping we get some rest, if we don't get enough sleep , you can become you will become irritable and also you will find it hard to concentrate to do some work or anything.

How to sleep
1.Lie down shut you eyes and relax your muscles don't worry if your muscles will jerk occasionally this step is to be normal

2.Slow down your thinking so that it will helps to slow down your brain waves so you will be able to feel more relaxed .

3.Slow down your breathing and reduce your body temperature so that you will roll over occasionally
and also freely relax your body and therefore your heart beat will be reduced

4.After some time you will get into sleep automatically after that your brain waves will will slow from alpha to delta, after this it will be really hard to wake up at that movement.

5. This is the time for dreams .

All we know that sleeping will help us to be relaxed but in sleeping there are some disorders

1.Sleep walking
ing Sleep walking is one of the disorder will see this type in so many people, the one who is having this problem will get out of bed when they are fast asleep and walk in the house, sleep walkers have been known to drive cars and they can also kill others who is unconscious this can be danger for other so be aware of that

2.Snoring
Snoring is another type of sleeping disorders snoring disorder is common in sleep for so many people.
The noise is caused when soft tissue at the back of the throat and vibrate breathing this is callled as snoring .

3.Teething grinding
Teeth grinding is also another type of disorder, in this type of disorder we will grind the teeth in sleeping so that it will damage the teeth so people who are suffering with these disorder can wear mouth gaurds to avoid damage . grinding the teeth during the sleep is called "BRUXISM".

4.Sleep talking
Sleep talking is another type of disorder, in this type we will talk while in sleep and some sleepers make random noises and others will make one sided conversions.

5.Sleep eating 
Sleep eating is also a type of disorders, in this type of disorder the people will get up from the bed and raid to the fridge while fast asleep , the only clue to their nocturnal activities the next morning crumbs in the bed.
